Baeksuk takes a while to cook, so the dish is ordered along with the reservation. The house specialty is yak-ori baeksuk, duck cooked in a broth steeped with more than thirteen medicinal herbs; the same broth also goes into a chicken version, and a neungi duck baeksuk adds the scent of neungi mushrooms. If clear soup does not appeal, there is spicy dakbokkeumtang or smoked duck.
