Matsomun Ori Bulgogi 맛소문오리불고기

Matsomun Ori Bulgogi is a duck restaurant at 109-17 Jwadong-ro in Haeundae-gu, Busan, near Jangsan Station. The signature fresh duck bulgogi uses meat aged at a low temperature in a house-made gochujang sauce and grills it with vegetables such as chives and mushrooms. The seasoning is described as moderately spicy, with sweetness and savor that allow the shared dish to be used for family meals including children. After the duck and vegetables are eaten, rice and dried seaweed may be added to the sauce remaining on the grill. This fried-rice stage carries the flavor of the meat, vegetables, and seasoning through the end of the meal. Fresh salted duck provides an unseasoned grill option separate from the red-pepper bulgogi. Soup dishes include duck baeksuk and a herbal version prepared with neungi mushrooms. A loach soup set is also available at lunch, supplying a Korean meal outside the duck grill menu. The baeksuk preparations require approximately two hours of cooking. A reservation must therefore be completed at least two hours before arrival. A free dedicated parking lot is located directly in front of the building and supports families and groups arriving by car. The restaurant operates every day without a regular closing day from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
