Lemon verbena, apple mint and thyme are picked in the garden and steeped fresh for the herbal tea, which comes with a sable cookie. The grounds include a garden and a greenhouse, and produce grown there goes into the food and drinks as well. The ground floor is an Italian restaurant facing the plants, serving brunch, wood-fired pizza and pasta; the second floor sells pots, gardening tools and furniture; the third is a cafe built around a large communal table.
