My Allee 마이알레

My Allee combines an Italian restaurant, cafe, garden, greenhouse, and living shop at 17 Sambugol 3-ro in Gwacheon. Brunch, wood-fired pizza, and pasta form the meal menu, and ingredients grown on the property also enter its food and drinks. One open sandwich layers guacamole and shrimp on sourdough. Another combines three kinds of mushroom with balsamic sauce and marinated cherry tomatoes, then finishes the plate with edible flowers. Pasta choices documented here include cod oil pasta, mushroom-cream tagliatelle with truffle, and truffle paccheri. The salad section has paired burrata and truffle with organic greens, while the oven is used for both a seasonal pizza and the My Allee signature pizza. A fresh herb tea makes the relationship with the garden more direct: lemon verbena, apple mint, and thyme harvested there are infused and served with a sable cookie. Matcha cream latte, espresso, Americano, cheesecake, and other desserts cover the cafe side. The building separates its functions by level instead of treating every floor as another dining room. The first floor is the restaurant facing plants and the garden. On the second floor, the living shop carries plant pots, vases, textiles, rugs, furniture, gardening tools, trays, baskets, art prints, books, and small objects. The third floor contains indoor and outdoor cafe seating and a large shared table. Greenhouse seats, outdoor tables, sofas, and garden benches create further distinctions between eating, drinking, and examining plants. My Allee therefore links its farm, greenhouse, and garden to the ingredients in a sandwich or herb tea, then extends the same plant-centered work into tools and household objects rather than using greenery only as decoration.
