Kongsae Sikdang 콩새식당

Flatfish (gajami) or jangchi is braised with radish in a sharp, spicy sauce and served in a pot sized for sharing, the flesh and sauce spooned over rice. Jangchi has the chewier flesh; gajami is the more familiar taste. The kitchen uses only fresh fish delivered that day, so late diners may find their fish gone, and on some days the restaurant has already closed early.
