Croissant eggs Benedict swaps the English muffin for a flaky croissant topped with poached egg, bacon and truffle hollandaise. House-made ricotta goes into the Melange platter and a ricotta salad. Pastas split sharply by sauce: spicy garlic-scape and shrimp oil, green-onion pesto cream, rose sauce built on shrimp-shell bisque, and tomato ragu. Aged-kimchi cream risotto uses the kimchi's sourness to lighten the cream. Beer, wine and cocktails are served too, in a shop within the Hangang Mansion complex in Ichon-dong.
