The shop used to trade in Hyangnam as Park Seunggwang Choegang Haemul Son Kalguksu and has simply changed its sign to Jedam Kalguksu. Pick the clear broth, which tastes plainly of clams, or the eolkeun one reddened with chili flakes; eat the seafood first, then add hand-cut noodles or sujebi. The long, smooth noodles and thick, hand-torn sujebi chew quite differently in the same broth. When ingredients run out, it closes early.
