Jangsuok Seolleongtang 장수옥설렁탕

Jangsuok Seolleongtang is situated along Gyeongsu-daero in Hogye-dong, Dongan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, heading towards Suwon. The establishment provides a spacious, dedicated parking lot directly in front of the building, facilitating convenient vehicular access. It operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The menu features traditional beef bone soups, including Seolleongtang, Galbitang, Doganitang, and Kkor Gomtang, along with assorted boiled beef slices such as Modeum Suyuik and Kkori Suyuik. The signature broth is prepared by boiling beef bones in large iron cauldrons for over 24 hours, resulting in a rich and milky white soup. House-made kimchi and radish kimchi are served in containers at each table, allowing customers to portion them as needed. All menu items are available for takeout. For takeout orders, the restaurant provides a larger quantity of broth compared to dine-in portions, whereas rice and side dishes are sold separately.
