Janggiri Chueotang 장기리추어탕

The regular chueotang (loach soup) here is thick enough that no fish shape shows; for whole loaches, order tong chueotang instead. Meals are served upstairs, where the windows look down on the Gyeongin Ara Waterway. Fried loach is on the menu too, crisp enough to work as a crunchy break between spoonfuls.
