Hanwoo beef sits in a display case, and diners pick the cut and weight, pay a separate table charge, then grill it themselves over charcoal at the table. The shop is on the 2nd floor of a building in the Majang-dong meat market district. Tenderloin is fine-grained and lean, sirloin and ribeye carry visible marbling, and striploin (chaekkeut) grills with its fat edge attached. Raw plates of hanwoo yukhoe and hanwoo sashimi break up the grilling, and meals finish with beef short rib soup, doenjang stew, cold buckwheat noodles in broth or the spicy mixed version. Parking is at the west gate public lot of Majang-dong market, with the shop's parking support applied.
