The sundae-guk broth is clear and light, holding pork head meat and soft glutinous-rice sundae (Korean sausage), and the seasoning paste already in the bowl can be left out on request to taste it plain. The Hamgyeongdo jeongsik set adds a plate of boiled head meat and sundae to the soup. The hall is large and tables turn quickly, and attendants handle parking out front.
