Haemul Altang Jeonmun 해물알탕전문

Fish roe and milt, not octopus or clams, fill the big pot of haemul-altang here, simmering in a spicy broth. The roe pops into small grains as you bite, while the milt stays smooth and soft, so each ladle carries two very different textures. Haemul-dongtae-tang shifts the focus to pollack, which you flake off the bone and eat with the soup. Pots from medium size up are meant for several people to share. The shop moved to a small restaurant alley in Jangan-dong from nearby Jeonnong-dong.
