Gyeongju Wonjo Kongguk 경주원조콩국

Warm kongguk, soybean soup, is ordered by number, and each number changes the toppings. No. 1 has black sesame, black beans, honey and a chewy glutinous-rice doughnut. No. 2 skips the doughnut for sesame oil, perilla seeds, egg yolk and brown sugar, and No. 3 puts the doughnut together with perilla, yolk and brown sugar. On the cold side are naeng-umu-kongguk with agar jelly strips and kongguksu, noodles in chilled soy milk.
