Deungchon Choi Wolseon Kalguksu 등촌최월선칼국수

One pot of spicy mushroom stew carries the whole meal: mushrooms and vegetables first, then kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) cooked in the remaining broth, and finally rice fried in what remains.
