Cheonggiwa Ori Sikdang 청기와오리식당

Under a tiled roof with exposed timber framing on Chilburam-gil in Gyeongju's Namsan-dong, domestic duck cooks on wide griddles. Saeng ori bulgogi, fresh duck in a red chili marinade, comes in medium and large, while Cheonggiwa san-ori uses a soy-colored seasoning that cooks down toward duck fat and salty soy. Wrap the duck in lettuce with garlic, chili and seasoned chives. Pickled radish and dongchimi, a chilled radish-water kimchi, come on the side.
