Verde Mullae 베르데 문래

Verde Mullae operates on the first floor at 5 Dorim-ro 139ga-gil in Yeongdeungpo-gu. It functions as a brunch cafe during the day and serves food with alcoholic drinks at night. The Verde Brunch Signature combines French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, herb tomato, roasted vegetables, and salad on one plate, allowing diners to order a complete brunch without assembling separate dishes. Yeongwol gondre pasta uses the mountain vegetable with garlic in an oil-based preparation, while the shrimp oil pasta adds anchovy, tomato, shrimp, and garlic. Verde tomato rice layers pulled pork, sauteed vegetables, egg, and ranchero sauce over tomato rice. Shrimp quesadilla places shrimp and cheese inside a tortilla, and Verde fries top French fries with Mexican-style pork, cheese, sour cream, tomato salsa, and green salsa. Handmade potato gnocchi and baby cabbage come with basil cream in the basil-cream gnocchi. The salads also differ by ingredient: salmon salad pairs salmon and vitamin greens with orange and yuzu sauce, while ricotta salad includes bread, orange, grapefruit, tomato, vegetables, and ricotta. The Verde Platter combines chicken tenders, fries, sausage, pommes dauphine, and salad. Craft beer and cocktails are available, and reservations are accepted.
