Because the dining room opens straight into Baekse Samgyetang next door, one table can order spicy seafood noodle soup and ginseng chicken soup together. Baekse jjamppong uses yellow noodles kneaded with sanghwang mushroom water and then rested, in a heavy broth simmered from chicken and seafood. A small bowl of rice comes with each jjamppong for the last of the soup.
