Yetnal Todamjip 옛날토담집

Dakbokkeumtang, braised chicken, splits into two broths: hong-doritang, red and spicy, and baek-doritang, clear. Suguree-jeongol, a hot pot of chewy beef skin, and budae-jjigae, army stew, cover anyone not eating chicken, and donggeurangttaeng, small pan-fried meat patties, are shared on the side. Pots range from a small size up to ones for a larger group.
