Yeongjin Gukbap 영진국밥

One pork stock becomes different bowls depending on whether it gets lean meat, offal or sundae sausage. There is also ttaro-gukbap with the rice on the side, and suyuk-baekban, with boiled pork, jowl included, on its own plate. The pork goes into lettuce with garlic, chili and onion plus ssamjang or salted shrimp, and chives get stirred into the soup.
