Suji Makguksu 수지막국수

Cold buckwheat noodles and warm potato dumplings in perilla seed broth share one menu. The warm side has two bowls: deulkkae gamja ongsimi with dumplings only, and deulkkae ongsimi memil kalguksu, which adds buckwheat knife-cut noodles. Steamed buckwheat dumplings, potato pancakes and boiled pork bossam are also on offer.
