For more than 20 years this Sutaek-dong kitchen has cooked one thing only: dongtaetang, a stew of frozen pollack. The pot comes loaded with roe and milt as well as fillets, and the heat is set at mild, regular or extra spicy. Orders start at two servings, whether dining in or taking out, which rules out a solo meal, and with no reservations, tables go in order of arrival.
