In the mugeunji gamjatang and mugeunji bone soup, well-aged kimchi turns the broth red and sour, closer to a different dish than the regular pot made with ugeoji, dried cabbage greens. The teuk-ppyeo haejangguk carries more bone and meat than the standard bowl, and picking the meat off takes a while. The restaurant is on the first floor of the Daehyun Building on Hwangsaeul-ro, between Seohyeon Station and the Bundang-gu Office.
