Seonghone Wang Kodari Dongtaetang 성호네왕코다리동태탕

Kodari, semi-dried pollack, is braised down with dried radish greens in a spicy sauce until fish, greens and reduced sauce come up together in each bite. The flower-octopus version lays a whole octopus on top, cut at the table. For something with broth, there is dongtaetang (frozen pollack soup), roe soup and a clear cod soup.
