Between Samseong's office towers, a converted Western-style house near Exit 8 of Samseong Station holds this roastery, with a small garden at the entrance. Beans roasted on site come in three profiles, nutty Onyx, acidic Citrine and decaf Peridot, served as the signature Four Stones latte or as hand drip. Scones, salt bread and a brulee Basque cheesecake fill the pastry case. There is almost no parking, so the subway is the easier way in. The mezzanine upstairs is quieter than the ground floor and better for conversation or work.
