Palbok Pangyo 팔복

Suzhou-style dongpo pork is served with a lotus leaf, thick pork whose soft meat and fat go on top of rice or noodles. Seafood nurungji-tang has hot seafood sauce poured over crisp scorched rice, so the first spoonfuls crunch and the later ones are soft.
