The BULO tasting course, built on open-fire grilling and fermentation, is what Chef Park Hyo-nam serves on the 50th floor of the FKI Tower in Yeouido. Lunch runs 75,000 won and dinner 119,000 won (as of 2026). Bread, an entree, soup, a main, then dessert and tea arrive in turn, and for the main you choose one of soy-braised short rib, charcoal-grilled black cod, black tofu steak, whole lamb rack or Korean beef tenderloin. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out over the Han River. Dinner service starts at 6 p.m., and Naver reservations take parties of 1 to 20.
