Cafe wewe operated on the first floor of WEPLA at 26 Gyeonginnam-gil in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, as a cafe and community lounge. Its position near the rear gate area of Inha University connected a residential building with the surrounding student neighborhood. The room functioned more like a shared living space than a narrow coffee counter, with group tables, mixed furniture, opening glass panels, and a small terrace at the front. Wewe Cream Latte layered soft cream over espresso and milk, separating coffee bitterness from a cooler dairy sweetness. Espresso matcha latte combined roast, bitter tea leaves, and milk, giving it a greener aroma than the cream-based drink. Blended teas using plum and green citrus moved toward bright fruit acidity. Mulled wine took fruit in a warm direction with spices and a heated serving temperature. Desserts centered on crumble and cookies. Apple crumble combined cooked fruit with a loose baked topping. Brownie crumble emphasized chocolate and moist cake pieces, while blueberry crumble brought berry acidity to the same broken pastry format.
