Cafe 109 House is a three-story cafe near Geonpyeong Port at 540 Haeanseo-ro in Yangdo-myeon, Ganghwa. The building faces the West Sea, and the menu extends from drinks and desserts to pizza and oven-cooked dishes. The 109 Latte takes its name from the number in the business name, while Orange Sunset refers to the sunset over the western sea. Desserts include natural honey cake, waffles, and honey bread. The meal section consists of gorgonzola pizza, mascarpone cheese steak pizza, and cheese oven spaghetti, separating a blue-cheese pizza from a meat-and-cheese version and a baked pasta. The first floor contains the main ordering and dining area, outdoor seats, a separate game room, and the dessert display. The second includes Studio 109, a space rented for filming, as well as a themed cafe area, a book cafe, a pergola, a large outdoor seating section, and an outdoor fountain. This floor therefore combines reading, staged photography, and outdoor seating rather than repeating the first-floor counter area. On the third floor, the rooftop looks toward the West Sea and connects with a photo area. The same level houses a CBS radio open studio used by Park Seung-hwa of the Korean duo Yurisangja. Dogs can accompany customers inside, which distinguishes the venue from cafes that restrict pet access to an outdoor terrace. Parking is located directly in front of the building.
