Thick slices of Jeju ogyeopsal, skin-on pork belly, go over real charcoal, and each piece gives springy rind, melted fat and lean meat in one bite. Beef rib-finger meat can be grilled plain or with a garlic marinade mixed on the spot. At lunch, yukhoe bibimbap and jeyuk bulgogi (spicy stir-fried pork) are served as meals, the jeyuk only on weekdays. The private rooms on both floors vary in size, up to one that seats more than 70.
