Ildang Bone Soup and Gamjatang 일당 뼈다귀해장국 감자탕

For gamjatang the broth is fairly clear and light, with Cheongyang chili heat and a note of ginger lingering behind. It comes as a single bowl of ppyeodagwitang in an earthenware pot or as gamjatang in a wide pot to share, and the pot version ends with ramen noodles in the leftover broth or rice fried in it.
