Pies are baked in a half-open workroom right beside the counter, on a Dogok-dong side street. Walnut is the familiar toasty one, pecan runs deeper into caramel sweetness, hazelnut-cacao brings chocolate, and macadamia-cheese is the softest. The tart shells are crisp, with moist fillings packed with nuts. The premium assorted whole pie holds two slices each of four kinds, eight in all, which makes it easy to share or give, and the Dubai crispy pie is made in limited numbers. It is mainly a takeaway shop, though Americano, hazelnut latte, tea and ade are sold too.
