Rice and mugwort turn up in breads like rice castella and ssuk-seolgi, a steamed mugwort rice cake, next to meal breads such as yakisoba buns and basil jambon-beurre. The castella is soft and airy; the seolgi smells of mugwort and eats close to tteok. Each bread comes out at its own time, and near closing most of the popular ones are gone. There are lower-gluten products, but lower is not gluten-free, so anyone with a wheat allergy should ask staff about ingredients.
