Google Maps lists it as Gyeongju Restaurant, but the restaurant's own name is Gangdongmien. Chives from Gyeongju's Gangdong-myeon go into the fried dishes, the jajangmyeon and the jjamppong alike. The chive jajangmyeon comes topped with grilled brisket and seasoned chives, worth tasting on their own before everything gets mixed into the noodles. The jjamppong blends clam stock with beef-bone broth and is closer to a white jjamppong than a red chili soup.
