Gupo Janchi Guksu 구포잔치국수

Gupo janchi guksu, the house noodle soup, looks clear but carries a strong, punchy anchovy stock. Variations add mung bean sprouts or fish cake to the same broth, alongside spicy bibim-guksu and cold naengguksu. Chive dumplings, buchu mandu, are hand-folded and steamed in the shop, an easy plate to share beside the noodles.
