Geobugi 거북이

Geobugi is a plant-based dessert cafe in Bangbae-dong serving cakes, tarts, shaved ice, and drinks. The food and beverage menu avoids animal-derived ingredients, while individual desserts draw on different nuts, grains, fruit, and tea. Cake flavors include pistachio and raspberry, berry chocolate, strawberry shortcake, blueberry cheesecake, and mugwort with black sesame. Lemon meringue, sweet pumpkin, and matcha chocolate also appear in tart form, extending the selection beyond layered cakes. Other featured items include unsweetened almond paste, Earl Grey almond cake, and lemon cake, bringing almond and tea-based flavors into the pastry case. The bingsu range covers red bean as well as fruit-led versions using mango or peach. Coffee, tea, and smoothies make up the nonalcoholic drinks, while beer and wine are also part of the menu. This gives the cafe several distinct formats, from a single cake or tart to cold shaved ice, a drink, or a dessert accompanied by alcohol. The cake, tart, and bingsu selection changes with the seasons. Soy-cream latte and avocado-banana smoothie add two more preparations to the drink menu. Green plants, wooden furniture, and table lamps shape the interior. Takeout uses paper packaging and biodegradable containers made from cornstarch, and the venue also permits guests to visit with pets.
