Gaeseong Sundubu 개성순두부

Sundubu, the soft tofu stew, is split by what goes in it: beef, clams, mixed seafood, an assorted version and even curry. The clam version carries plump, springy clams, and each stew arrives bubbling in an earthenware pot with stone-pot rice.
