Gang's Coffee 갱스커피

Weathered walls from an old coal-mine building were left as they were when it became this mountainside cafe in Boryeong, and the name comes from gaeng, the Korean word for a mine shaft. An exhibit shows miners' photos and tools, and a stretch of the old tunnel remains on the grounds. Noeul Ade mixes yuzu and omija berry into a two-tone sunset drink, and the potato bread looks like a small potato with a chewy center.
