Mandu jeongol, a hot pot of handmade dumplings, and kalguksu jeongol, the same pot with knife-cut noodles, are the two mains. Vegetables, mushrooms and meat are eaten first, then the chewy, well-stuffed dumplings and rice cakes go into the broth. Steamed dumplings, acorn jelly and seafood pancake fill out the short side menu. The flagship sits in Gomori, Pocheon, on the way to Gwangneung Arboretum, and the hall seats up to 250, so weekend waits tend to move quickly. A 120-car lot with space for tour buses has parking attendants. Reservations are seated in the main building on weekdays and in a quieter annex on weekends.
