Deo Neulbom 더늘봄

Seokgalbi, marinated ribs grilled over charcoal and served on a hot stone plate, has been the draw at this Jinjeop spot since 1991. Choose the house pork ribs or the beef version; both arrive already cooked, so there is no grilling at the table. A pot of sotbap (rice cooked to order in a stone pot) comes with doenjang soup, and spicy cold bibim naengmyeon or black bean and perilla sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) closes the meal; Korean beef yukhoe (seasoned raw beef) is also on the menu. Side dishes such as spicy skate salad, shredded green onion and wood ear mushrooms change with the season and are refilled at a self-serve bar. The dining room on the second floor of the main building has many private rooms, with an outdoor garden, a large parking lot and a bakery downstairs.
