Bangtaecheon Makguksu 방태천막국수

Pour cold dongchimi over the buckwheat noodles and the fresh tang of radish spreads through them; mix in the chili sauce instead and it clings to their rough surface. The boiled pork is sliced thin, and the potato pancake is browned outside and chewy inside. The restaurant is in Hyeon-ri, Girin-myeon, Inje, between mountains and valleys.
