Yangji Sikdang 양지식당

The kongnamul bibimbap arrives with crisp blanched bean sprouts, carrot, green onion, enoki and crumbled laver over rice, and you mix in the sauce yourself. The only other dish is a golden pajeon fried with squid, shared around the table over dongdongju, a cloudy rice wine.
