The 2cm in the name is the thickness of the loin used for the saengdeungsim (fresh loin) tonkatsu, and a cut slice shows more meat than crust. The cheese wang-ball tonkatsu shapes pork into a ball around a core of natural cheese, and there is a separate cheese roll, where meat is rolled around cheese and sliced. A small udon or buckwheat noodles can be added to any plate.
