A bright room in a residential corner of Chang-dong, near Ssangmun Station, mixes a solo counter with tables for groups. The three platters differ in piece count and fish: the basic modum chobap (assorted sushi) leaves room for noodles, while the teukseon (special selection) and special platters add more kinds and more pieces. Salad and miso soup arrive first, and after the main plate come a small udon or soba, a flying-fish-roe hand roll and a yogurt drink. Two people can split one platter plus a salmon roll and a noodle set, so nigiri, rolls and noodles each appear once.
