Its noodles are made on site each day using only buckwheat flour from Jeju. The pure-buckwheat Pyongyang naengmyeon places the aroma and texture of the noodles at the center of the bowl, while Matbagi Naengmyeon adds an assortment of toppings for a different composition. Set meals pair a cold-noodle dish with boiled meat, jeyuk, or mung bean pancakes, allowing diners to combine noodles with meat or a fried accompaniment. The interior follows the modern seating arrangement of a department-store restaurant area, and large windows overlook the surrounding Myeongdong cityscape. Drivers use the parking garage in the Shinsegae building. The period of complimentary parking depends on the total eligible purchase amount. On weekends and public holidays, receipts may also be used for affiliated parking at nearby facilities such as the Woori Bank headquarters. The restaurant operates from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM, and the final order is accepted thirty minutes before closing at 9:00 PM.
