Large windows on the 14th-floor dining level of Shinsegae's flagship department store look down over central Myeongdong. Parking is in the department store garage, with free time based on purchase totals; on weekends and public holidays, receipts also cover nearby partner lots such as Woori Bank headquarters. Noodles are made on site every day from Jeju buckwheat flour alone. Sunmyeon Pyongyang Naengmyeon puts the buckwheat's aroma and texture at the center, while Matbagi Naengmyeon piles several toppings onto the bowl.
