Long-simmered beef and tomato ragout, eggplant and basil go onto thin, crisp dough for the ragout tarte flambee, cut like pizza and shared over drinks. Chamnamul pasta works the grassy aroma of the Korean herb into a pesto, and shakshuka brings house-cooked tomato sauce with organic baguette for dipping. The bar covers wine, whisky, beer, cocktails and vodka, and the bokbunja margarita uses Korean black raspberry. As of August 2026 the tarte flambee was 29,000 won and the chamnamul pasta 22,000 won. The room is small, and reserved parties are asked to arrive together.
