Le Dohe 르도헤

A broth of anchovy and pollock roe opens the course, which moves through hanwoo flat iron steak and braised short ribs before ending with cheongpomuk pot rice and small sweets. The pot rice, mixed with soft mung-bean jelly, is served out at the table with cubed radish kimchi and stir-fried anchovies, and dessert brings injeolmi marshmallow and black sesame choux. The restaurant holds one Michelin star in the 2026 Busan guide. As of August 2026, lunch was 120,000 won and dinner 210,000 won. There are no private rooms, but tables sit far apart.
