Customers pick a packet of ramen from the shelves, pay at a kiosk, then build the bowl in a special container and boil it themselves on a cooking machine. Shin Ramyun, Jin Ramen and Yeul Ramen sit alongside instant noodles from other countries, each labeled for spice level and whether it is vegan or contains seafood. The second floor has more seats, bright colors and walls covered in visitors' notes. The machine runs three modes: M1 for regular soup noodles, M2 for noodles that need longer cooking, and M3 for low-water stir-fry types like Buldak. Toppings include cheese, bean sprouts, rice cakes and fish cake, with kimchi and pickled radish on the side.
