The basement bar off Yonsei-ro in Sinchon has run since 1995, with partitioned booths, group tables and room-style seating. Kimchi pork belly stir-fried with bean sprouts and cheesy potato pancake are the standard snacks to share, and the crispy fried chicken bites come with sweet or spicy sauce on the side rather than tossed.
