From the upper floors the view runs down the Hannam-dong slope toward the Grand Hyatt and, farther off, Lotte World Tower. Ube cream matcha latte and purple matcha latte layer purple-yam sweetness over bitter matcha, and mango sorbet iced tea covers anyone skipping coffee. The apricot and jambon focaccia sandwich turns a coffee stop into a light lunch, and butter tteok, a chewy rice cake with butter, is the small sweet. Parking inside the building fits about ten cars.
