Order the jeyuk ssambap set: spicy stir-fried pork wrapped in lettuce and other leaves, served with rice cooked in a hot stone pot. Hanwoo (Korean beef) bulgogi and cheonggukjang boribap, barley rice with a pungent fermented soybean stew, are the other choices. The wrapping greens are grown by the owners without chemicals and refilled freely, and the tofu, doenjang (soybean paste), cheonggukjang and gochujang (chili paste) are all made in-house. Boiled potatoes and dongchimi, a cold radish water kimchi, arrive before the meal, and the side dishes, including green onion kimchi, are lightly seasoned.
